I dont understand this. You purposely set the throttle that way?
I had a problem with the throttle at the start, it would invert one throttle (the right one) or both.
The fix: AH stick setup has a nice feature that says "INVERT AXIS". Voila, foward=full throttle, back=0 throttle.
