Great scenario, thx to all that came.
We ran two frames for this by popular demand. so i will psot results for both frames.
Frame 1, I gave intelligence reports to the two side CO's ( BTW warloc and furzy, thx for stepping up!!;)) Flossy and I situated 7 task groups for both sides 2 sectors from each other. ALl the USN CV's were in the 14.15, 13.15 sectors, and the IJN cv's were situated in the 16.15 sector. I told warloc that the enemy CV's were ESE of him in the 16.15 sector 30 minutes into frame 1. I told furzy to expect an attack from the WNW. The stage was set, and the USN valiantly attacked CV 39 but alas no torps struck home. the following details are for frame 1. Frame 1 was an IJN victory. the numbers represent point values, not number of zekes, hellcats..etc..

Frame 2, well what can ya say. Everyone now knew where their adversary was. So as expected there was much more action. Frame 2 was an Allied victory, by a long margin too. Those ships really helped the allied score along:)
