Is it my imagination, but has DDR memory almost doubled in price since October of last year?  I paid $73 at the door for 512 Mb of PC2100 memoryu in Oct from Crucial.  Am I wrong?

Yeah its nothing to be surprised about, happens every year with RAM prices. Supply and demand.

It will be cheap again in a few months.

Not your imigination at all.Companies were losing money,so production was slowed down to lower supplies, and drive up the cost.
Having just paid $150 ltwo weeks ago for a 512 meg stick of Crucial PC2100 DDR,I wish I had purchased one and stashed it...sigh.
