Is there much performance difference between the 25 and the 30?

This looks stellar... I'm hoping that you are waiting on this planes completion so you can include it in the next 1.03 patch

The P-47D-30 we have now matches D-25 data..the D-30 got 300HP more when using WEP.

Ooops...almost forgot ..
The D-25 above does look nice, though!
The tubes under the wing are tube-launched rockets.

WOW awsome Pyro
I'm not brazilian but I'm sure they will love it. Now if I recall good, they promized you to increase your 'Brezilian marquet' if a brazilian P47 was done
Dat jugs bro.

Daff,

I'm pretty sure the D-30 has 2600 hp, the WEP makes a BIG difference!  Perhaps the data doesn't match for a HS prop?

That could be it, Wells, but with WEP it still matches the D-25 data.
Also..at that time, the Curtiss prop was also a paddle-bladed prop similar to the HS.
Either way, it should perform a tad better than it does.

Could make a P-47D razorback too.

Just noticed the FAB Jug has no dorsal fillet, cool.

Did the Brazilian Jugs actually wear these markings in WW2 or were they marked as USAAF?

so am i gettin this right the 47 d30 ( the one we have is not correct? as in its to slow ?   i dont know but am curious to see if this is true as i dont have the figures  my books dont metion any change in hp just that 25 s had a bigger fuel tank and 30s had a small dorsal fin forward extention of the fixed one.

there was a 47 d 22 low and med alt that sounds interesting with a different prop.

anyone tested?

You'd think a guy with a historical name would know some P-47 history...

A Brazilian unit flew the P-47 with the USAAF in the Med. theater during WW2.

Who would want to fly it?  Probably Brazilians.
