Friend of mine has an athlon 1.4 box and Xp pro on it. He has a shutdown problem with this rig. When you go to turn off the computer it just cycles through and reboots again. He had a bunch of problems and I fixed them all but this one has me stumped. Its probably something simple but any help would appricated.
