The initial movie looked better than the screens. I'll sure try it anyway.

The best shooter I have played all a sudden is Ghost Recon with the Rainbow6 MOD.

 RB6 GR MOD

Finally all the good weapons to deal with the new AI patch. It IS alot of fun. Really fun MP COOP with platoons of the old rainbow six skins.

I'll have to check that mod out... though you would have to go a long way to make the characters look better than the default GR characters.

In that movie the dude who`s doing all the talking says"flying a plane will be better than any other flightsim out there ,and driving tanks will be better than any other tanksim".
Than he talks about controlling all vehicles including planes with the mouse, and we can watch a Katyusa being used as it never was........ on Guadalcanal.
Go figure:rolleyes:

He said Better than(as opposed to a better simulation)?  What does that have to do with historical accuracy?  Why couldn't flying with the mouse be better?  Better to him could be fun, no?

I just wasn`t impressed with it,that`s all...

Kratzer is STILL playing that RB6 MOD I bet and didn't find time to respond.

(man can you just waste the bastards with the RB6 weapons full auto or what?)

It's good, I'm telling you. I'm not a big FPS player, but this is good.

I always liked "Lag-Gun" in one of the mods made for Rogue Spear. Talking about firepower :D

Sorry that I am a bit daft in the RB6 series Staga, and especially the GR set.

I think your eluding to a "zoomable" kick bellybutton scope fully auto gun?

GR seemed to have all the fun minus the say, MOHAA FPS guns graphics upfront which is standard in the FPS's.

That, and the lack of weapons made the new patched GR AI almost unbeatable! Course i suck at it.

The choice of superior weapons, (realistic actually)  in the RB6 MOD, made the improved AI not a impossible challenge, but a wave of smart AI to battle.

Again, it just rocks.

Yeah, the german shepherds scared me.

When you have this at home, you end up wishing they had left the part where you kill the dogs out.  Especially when they have the damn thing animated to cock its head to the side when it sees you.

:(

Never liked FPS 'cause they twist yer mind all up in a knot. Example: Really cool to blast humans into little bloody pieces with a MG, but, "Oh, NO, don't make me shoot a doggy!!".  You fellars is really bent.
