The mighty M8?

In the midst of the great Bish-Rook consortium gangbang last night, I decided to grab a M8 and fend off the hordes of Ostwinds rolling onto our field. This was the first time I've driven one. I have to say, I'm surprised more folks don't drive these things. I was disabling Ostwinds with the first hit everytime. And I exploded a few Panzers with one shot to their sides. Hell, that's better than you can do with the 75mm on the Panzer. Does anyone have penetration values for the gun on the M8? Is it the same gun that was on the M3 Stuart light tank?

I had an amasing vulch run in one one night, got 36 kills, NHMihatt brought out a resuply M3 for me and fed me ammo, he parked right behind me as I covvered the spawn point fron the rear and slightly to the side. I had a perfect shot at the sides of the tanks/ostys/M..whateaver's, one hit in the rear took out the engine, one or 2 hits in the side would ushaly kill the tank,M3 and M16 took more hits than I can recal in fact I gave up using the gun and switched to the 50cal to kill them was faster, must of been a bug, I was close BTW 100 or 200 yards.
