I use the suncom sfs dual throttle. Just invert the secondary throttle access. Works great, plus all the programable buttons. I found it for 14 dollars at a local electronics boutique (bought the matching stick for 7 dollars as a collectors item). I found it here for 30 bucks.
Has two hat switchs, pinky toggle, flaps switch, pinky roller (great for up down in cockpit), big arse red button I use to switch weopons, plus 4 profile buttons and a regular toggle (i use for map view/normal view). Dont even need drivers if you cant figure them out. I have the old non usb version, so I have to have a joystick plugged into it (although i dont use it to fly, I use a microsoft usb stick).
Way easy to program too. Just puch a button on the base, hold down the button on the throttle to be programmed, then hit the keyboard key you want it linked to. You can do it in flight, and it always works.
oh its also built like a brick sh%t house. Most of it is solid steel (looking plastic), and it weighs a ton. If that isnt enough it comes with suction cups. The throttles can also be linked with a little switch so they move as one.
I found it here for 30 if you cant find it in a store nearby.
