About 25 minutes late Gents,

After exile posts the scores I need all of you to check them. Post "corrections" to the logs in this thread. If you had a kill or two that was not logged let us know. All scores will be finalized by Wednesday when exile will correct according to the posts/claims here in this thread. If you don’t post em by Wednesday your too late.

Films may be requested.

All reasonable posts will be considered. Any claims by the Fat Drunk Bastards will be ignored. ;)

You mean the seven Zekes, four N1K2's and two cruisers I took out won't show up?



Guess I'll have to stick with my filed report about getting shot down by a Zeke within mere minutes of frame start and nothing to show for it........

If we are going to make this work, I need you guys to post what happened in each of your sorties.

Sortie 1:
- took off from field 24 in an F6F
- shoots down a Ju 88A-4
- destroys an ammo bunker at field 15
- lands to refuel/rearm

Sortie 2:
- takes off after refueling/rearming
- shot down

etc...

As much as I hate it, I think the best thing to do is just go with what the logs show. I'm not questioning anyone's integrity, but alot of things can be seen in error in the heat of battle. Especially since kill messages are turned off.

Okay the Nightmares VMF-101 did one sortie only.

We launched 18 planes .. 16 Hellcats and 2 TBMs. We sunk 3 CVs and 1 DD. We lost (as best as I can tell) 5 pilots to the enemy fleets AA (APDrone, SMUZ, Stink1, Tahgut, and TyrNM) and we had one ditch do to damage (Dizy).

The other 12 pilots all landed safely too my knowledge. We did not conduct another sortie.

Only other note is that I had DaPup handle wrong in my roster I had it as DaPups so he showed up as an orphan do to my spelling mistake.

Shows MAG-33 with 1 lost and 16 destroyed.

The 16 destroyed is correct though it is not assigned to which pilot got what (late log anomoly most likely) but Swoop accounted for 7 of them alone.  We started with 16 pilots, and the results were this:

Started: 16
Mechanical failure(killed by own action):2
Ditched: 2
Destroyed (killed by enemy):8
Landed:4

The One cruiser sunk by Phantom4 is correct.

Will those results include scores for the ground targets we destroyed at our primary target, and list who shot down who?  That is to say - are these not done?

try 4 ac and 20 buildings and 0 score......

that doesnt include the stuff we killed before the logs started.......

leitwolf killed 2 zekes and a few ack i killed some ack and fuel......

I had thought the scoring had changed since I last flew.........

wolf has film of his sortie I dont........
