If you have one of the above mobo's and bump up the FSB ya may wanna lap the Northbridge HSF and apply some AS/ii/iii
Kept getting lower than expected FPS til i did this

Now she flies

Excuse my ignorance here...what do you mean "lap" the Northbridge HSF and what is AS/ii/iii? I have the board and have overclocked the FSB successfully (had to bump up core voltage).

Lap: to smooth the surface using grit sand paper.

Sorry for not explaining better, I just mentioned the lapping etc so clockers who are in the know so to speak can quickly see what i meant

Frost some Northbridge Coolers (HSF) are not perfectly flat and also the evenly spread thermal paste idea leaves something to be desired as paste seems to be hit n miss lol

Now i mean FSB over 155 upto 190 etc that's where the lapping and AS comes into play
