First of all, this isn't quite the right forum, you should post about connection issues in the Internet Connectivity forum.
Second, HTC will need a bit more information to actually do anything about it if there is a problem. At this point you don't even know where the problem is, because it's not likely at HTC's end. (I say this because there was 250-300 folks in the main and 50+ in the CT on Sunday.) Grab a copy of
http://www.pingplotter.com and run some traces to tpl.hitechcreations.com and alt.hitechcreations.com. Look through the tutorial on PingPlotter's site as well. You can save the results to the clipboard as a picture, then paste 'em into paint and save as a graphics file. Then attach that file to a post on this BBS (save it as a JPG for size please) in the Internet Connectivity forum so we can all see where the problem may be. That way HTC will have some information to work with, although if there is Internet problems on the wider web, they may not be able to do anything about it. They can only control their end, not the whole Internet.
I was in several times Sunday to the CT and had a blast. Connects were great from Halifax, NS, Canada.
