Roger Wilco question

I've never used Roger Wilco before and can't figure this out.

       I have powered speakers plugged into the speaker jack and also a headset plugged in the mic jack and headphone jack.
      The mike test on RW works fine but the sound comes out of my powered speakers and nothing out of the headphones. I have tried turning off the power speakers, still nothing.
      The only time I get sound through the headphones is when I unplug the powered speakers and plug the headphones in the
speaker jack (not the headphone jack). Shouldn't I get sound through both, or at least the headphones? How are these headphone jacks supposed to work?
       Also, when using RW are the game sounds supposed to come through the headset with the voices?

        Any help would be appreciated,

Roger Wilco has big problems with DX8.  I wouldn't waste much time messing with RW.  Check the AH Voice Beta forum and give AH Voice a try... it's the way voice coms will be in 1.09 and will be much better integrated with AH.
