Any of you seen this show on Animal Planet? What a bunch of poor nutcases. The show consists of people bringing their pets to the "psychic" so she can tell them their pets feelings and thoughts. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. These people think this thing is real. Unbelievable.

IMO, there is too much crap on TV these days. Shows about *psychics* make me want to puke. And the people that believe them make me wanna puke more.

Heard on late night comedy..."I brought my dog to a pet psychic, and they told me to quit spanking my monkey...."

Agreed 100% hblair. The amazing Randi is one of my personal heros. He has a standing offer of $10,000 for anyone who can prove anything paranormal. Hasen't ever had to give it away.

I have a friend who is a pet psychiatrist. She makes pretty good cash to sit around with people and their pet and tell them why the animal is unhappy of misbehaving.

The sad thing is these people have to pay somebody to tell them things that anybody could observe.

"i'm feeling a strong presence now...it's a man, and he wears a shirt...he wants me to let you know that he wears a shirt.  his name is mel or merle or mark or some name that starts with m, i know it's an 'm' name and i know it relates to you 'cause he wants me to make sure you know it's 'm' guy and he's wearing a shirt."

when you see the nonsense people will believe, the state of the world doesn't seem so surprising does it...

i guess the happy side is at least  those 'psychics' have to go thru life knowing they are fakes. it has to catch up with them now and then right?

oh well we can hope.

Bring more SCIENCE to Television... too much pseudo-science and no real knowledge-oriented programs... oh wait, you do have PBS in the States.

Now I envy you for that
