Actually, this is an undoctored photo that I took yesterday. Some industrious young lad took it upon himself to climb onto the bulletin board and black out the letters the old fashioned way!

Yeah SOB.. same here. The billboard on 12th and Belmont had this "adjustment" also. I thought about snapping a photo of it and posting it here too... but ya beat me to it.

Look at the little symbol underneath the writing. It's a line illustration that clearly is made to resemble a woman holding a baby. It clearly represents the sponsor organization. The only connection that that could possibly have to acid is if it is folic acid, which is a recommended supplement for pregant women. All it takes is being observant.

Ten to one the word is "folic." Too bad he forgot to blank out the symbol below the lettering.

Actually, it is Folic Acid. You can't go a block in Salem without running into one of these billboards. They didn't black out the symbol, but they did black out the lettering to the right of it, naming the Folic Acid Council or some such organization.
