Just a thought..
Upon a customer signing up for a new account, herd him/her over to these boards one way or another.
Perhaps require the person to setup a BBS account as part of the sign up process (using same login and pwd perhaps)
This would possibly increase the number of posters to these boards, increasing the amount of feedback HTC recieves.
It might also reduce the number of 'questions' asked in the arenas to some degree.
I have no idea how many active posters there are, but I would guess its probably no more than 25% of the active players.
