I don't know about the rest of you folks, but I'm getting rather tired of the server toejamting the bed just about every day (3 times in the past 5 days). Opportunities to play are becoming limited for me, and I resent getting blown off the server and holding my hand on my bellybutton waiting for it to come back up. Where's the redundancy? Is there no backup?

HTC, you're going to have to do better..... Annoying customers is never good for business.

that's the second time it's crashed.  And today the MA has had some nasty spikes all the time on the host queue, maybe time to take some of that money and buy a new server? with all these numbers i don't think the MA can handle all it anymore.

Just tried to log on for the first time tonight, 10pm EST. Same result. Just read a post on problems with 1.09 and HTC in general, and I have to say the only real complaint I have is with the server problems. Well, the only complaint that has to do with customer service from HTC. I have read the post that was put up on the problem with getting a new server, but if I was the cutomer of the company providing the server, I'd make sure they heard from me twice a day as to why they hadn't provided me with the product that I had ordered and was paying for, and would do everything in my power to make sure my customers were getting the best service they could. Now, HTC may be doing this, and I would venture to guess that they are, due to the level of service they have provided to me so far, but the results are not there. Maybe a printout of all the complaints on this BBS about internect connectivity sent to SWB, or whomever they are trying to switch to, would help speed things up. Other than that, how about the Regianno 2005:p
HTC, love the game

Too bad eh Kwan?  We had some fine teamwork going and no doubt were about to rain death on more enemies.
