Hi,

Just to ask if info@hitechcreations.com and billing@hitechreations.com are actually working or if the email address I'm using has been banned for spamming. I really really need to sort my account out but keep getting this message

Witless, I am afraid http://www.mail.com has been banned due to SPAM. We have been under what can only be described as denial of service attacks from SPAM lately and this is one of the sites that is real high on the list.

I just got through analyzing this situation and it is not getting any better.

SPAM is costing me clients, which puts me in the middle of a bad situation. On the other hand, I have no desire to block legitimate email as that will cost me clients as well. Talk about a no-win situation.

If you have to use a free email service, I would suggest hotmail or yahoo as those cannot be blocked and they will do something about SPAMMERS themselves.

I wish there was a good solution to this problem. I really do not like being stuck in the middle of bad situations.

Hi Skuzzy,

Thanks very much for the reply, I suspected they were a bit dodgy after the log-out screen was filled with x rated adverts. I've taken your advice and set up a yahoo email addy.

The isp industry seems like a minefield, rather you than me mate

Skuzzy,i seem to have the same prob,my isp is a reputable one AFAIK,can u check this for me i want to reactivate my handle and rejoin the MA ranks

All cool with handle change,but if u get a sec skuzzy,is my isp blocked too?

steely, I opened the partucular SMTP server in the above message back up. You should be able to reach HTC. If not, please post the error again.
We do get hit hard from Austrailia with SPAM steely. I am working on other methods to stop the SPAM, but the buggers keep finding ways around everything I try.

This is WAR and I will not go quietly into the night.
