I'd say a Kangaroo.
Might be "British'tized" T8E recon vehicle but that was built on the later M5 Stuart chassis. This looks like it was converted from an M3 chassis.

Kangaroo was a Canadian Ram chassis which was a modified M3. (M3 mechanicals + Brit/Can. hull and turret).

The Ram was also the basis for the Sexton SPG, Wallaby munitions carrier, ARVE, 3.7" AA gun mount, flame thrower and searchlight.
