ok guys where to put AVI's up?
« on: March 27, 2002, 08:34:05 AM »
Ive made a few films but they go from 5mb to 11mb  for 2 mins to 5mins.Is there any free host sites for films like webshots does for pictures?

also has anyone got any tips on how to keep the vertical panning smooth but slower whilst making the avi's?

at the moment when i use the sliders I seem to get stutters which spoil the smooth pan effect.
Also any other tips on how to make more professional looking stuff? Personally i find the camera control very fiddley and hard to control.

another problem is the start film and end film for editing. it works for cutting down the films but if you make a single camera movement mistake and want to redo the clipped segment you have to reload the film and reset the clip times.Could we have a save feature of some sort so we cn redo the camera movement?

even better HTC how abot some way to program camera movement in slow motion (easier to get right) and then play at normal speed and the camera does whats been programmed in.

Last night i spend 2 hours doing a scene which looked fantastic until i pressed the wrong button here and there, ruining it, and having to redo the whole thing again mistake free! Its almost impossible to get right, especially if your film happens to be a long one.

Finally once ive made several films and want to make a longer AVI with all the films put together (eg 1st film external flyby,2nd same bit from enemy veiw,3rd same but cockpit showing pilots view) into 1 long sequence and maybe add sounds or music whats the best way to do this?

thanks anyone who helps in advance. :D
