They are not JDAMs, no if's and's or but's.  The bright object above and behind the Lancer is a flare, nothing more.  The flare and chaff launchers are located not far aft of the crew compartment on the backbone, they launch upwards and are carried aft by airflow.

I'm familiar with the FMU-139 because I designed the deceleration sensor back in 1984. We still manufacture it. We also manufacture the backup detonation impact sensor for the JDAM, and supply sensors for just about every other bomb and missile in the inventory, from TOW3 to Hellfire to Standard Missile.
Included in the long list are the TMD (Tactical Munitions Dispenser) and Mk.48 ADCAP torpedo, which I have hardware on as well. Back in the 1970s, I was a flying Crew Chief, Flight Engineer and Loadmaster on several Navy types. These include the S-2E, US-2B, C-1A, HU-16D, C-131F and C-118B. Crew Chiefs are the backbone of military aviation. Without them, nothing gets airborne.
