Foca Class (Smg. Foca, Smg. Atropo and Smg. Zoea) present a different bow profile, and different conning tower. Please find differences with pics of Foca and Zoea.
I think the boat in your pic is clearly a Brin Class. I doubt it is the Smg. Archimede since she was sold (along with Smg. Torricelli) to Spain in April, 1.937, and the pic is taken from Betasom port, in war time. That leaves the possiblility of she being either the Smg. Brin, Smg. Galvani or Smg. Guglielmotti. I enclose pic of General Mola where you can see the similar bow profile, although conning tower is different, and deck gun is present.
