help with using webspace to post....

shadow im simply wanting to use the 10MB of space i have on the server to store my films and therefore be able to put alink to them in this BB for others to look at them.

the address of my web site is :

the name of the film is :

propaganda_sicily.bik

and ive put it in a folder called AHmovies.

see above for explanation on what else is on the site, which is just a few files.
