...playing aces high since sep 2000. some fights will always stick out:
playing cat & mouse running from raubvogel when those stormy cloud layers first came out, that special event with the massive b17 formation not long ago, the whole 'im_a_goon_maw' episode, running out of ammo against vulcan after a 10 minute turn battle and literally sweating all over the js (i think he was out of ammo prolly half way through and i STILL couldn't get him if that tells ya something)....back when i was a bish waaaay back when.
what else....the day i mastered the straight down buff kill fishy death dive(well, mastered is a bit strong..), hearing fatty negotiating with a rook buff and giving him the option to go bomb the other enemy country or be shot down when we still had the 30k foot mountain map, creamos boozonics on rw and a million other squad moments, the ten minute rant i got from an unnamed player for shooting his chute(my greatest whine ever), fighting anywhere near where ljk is in action always fun, watching saw work through a mass of bad guys.....
and on and on and on....not to mention all the
love i generated here on this board
....but i'm gonna move on for a bit.
might check back in a few months or something so instead of good bye - see ya later pals! it's been awesome, what a game! giant updates every few months, hundreds of players and more and more features all the time. this community is full of a great bunch of pilots who have all 'schooled' me in the funnest way over the years, hopefully we'll get a chance to duke it out again soon.
