Important to point out, you have posted info on the G series, whereas the new plane is a Boston III. They have different armament. The Brits used the .303s instead of .50s, and had no power turret. Still gonna be a fun ride.

yep my book says boston MKIII top speed 342mph

if you look at the picture in news id say we have the 50cal version (only early bostons had 303's (night fighter version MkI)as far as i can see but cant be sure) with 2x50s in rear dorsal and then under cockpit on sides 2x50cals firing forward?.

its gonna be different ;)

Here is a scan of a similarly-marked bird to the one coming in the next patch.  My source, though, says it's a Boston II (AL296) of No. 107 Squadron, based at Great Massingham, Norfolk, in March 1942.

I would like the G model with all the guns in the nose. If we can have all the 109 models, then we can have both Boston A-20 models.

Or, a C built off of the current variant with one of the Pappy Gun nose mods (I believe a total of 6 .50s, or maybe four, though there were a few 4 Hispanio mods as well) and some skipbombing code :) Nice for those upcoming convoys and a good start on a Bismark Sea Scenario, as well as a Rabaul CT setup.

man this drives me nuts! :) why is it always LW planes that are claimed to have all the varients? (remember theres only 4 or 5 'types' of lw they can model, just think of each as 'one' axis plane then it looks a whole lot better for allies!)

there 5 spits too, 4 f4us too:D

this rant aside im in total agreement! MORE VARIENTS OF ALL PLANES :)

a-20G would be cool. so would an early p38 so we dont have to suffer p38L's in 1942 scenarios!

F4F please!
P51 with alison engine too!(and later H version if it saw combat)
B17 early varient with no nose turret
Ju88G6 with cannons!(or just a newer one!;))
P47 B's and M's or N's
109 K
190 A6 and  G1 or D12(30mm nose gun extra armour)

hehe i want them all :D

Lets get something like Blenhiem or Beaufighter.

The Boston?
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

You honestly think the Blenheim is better than the Boston? ;)

Now the Beaufighter you have an argument- few planes carried a heavier armament.

One reason I said this was that I had just read a thread about modeling another 109 model, the K. True there are other aircraft that have more than 1 model. But come on, another 109. I mean they come up with anothe f4u model and perked it. Whats that about? Lets add something differant instead of the same old aircraft type. I would like to see more bombers added. The Mossie and the ME110 are great addions to the game.
I like a couple of your wish list hazed. But it's the same thing for the P47 and '51.
My list for bombers:
HE111
B25
A26
Betty
The 3 engine Itainan (sorry for the misspelling) Bomber.
Fireball

I'd like to see at some time in the future:

Ju.87 - B, D and G-1 variants (yes I like the Stuka ;))
He-111 - early war variant especially
Do-17
Beaufighter

The question is, would HTC model the automatic pullout mechanism of the Stuka and has anyone modelled it before?

who we kiddin? with 2,000 lbs of bombs and armed with .303's it'll be..... ummmmm, ah... kinda like bait?

the 'invader' variant would be a bit more useful, if it had the 4 20mm package. but armed with .50's or .303's, i'd rather take a b26,  jug or a hawg. The B26 will haul more iorn at about the same speeds, the jug and the hawg will haul the same payload faster and be able to fight.
