The blinded one and the scream are there just to distract you from the main goal, what is wrong with the picture? And the answer is really easy, you dont need more than 30 secs to notice that...

Look "carefully" at the left corner ...

I'd say the only thing that is wrong is the guy has a rack of books awfully close to a space heater. That ain't real smart (at least not as far as I know).
