I was messing around offline with the "WeaponLethality" of bombs and rockets. Pretty cool option to play with and could be useful for the CT or scenarios. Through my observations, however, it appeared that the blast radius of each bomb was fixed. I.E. a 4K bomb cranked up 100 fold in power didn't appear to have a greater blast radius than it normally did.
If the blast radius of bombs and/or rockets were to be an adjustable value it could have the following benefits:
* If needed, it could be slightly turned up when bomb dispersion is added to the game. If dispersion makes bombers too ineffective, an increase in blast radius could be added to achieve a balance.
* If needed, it could be slightly turned down when slaved bombers (drones flying off of piloted lead) are added to the game. If slave bombers make bombers too effective, an decrease in blast radius could be added to achieve a balance.
* Unknown possibilities for the CT or scenarios. (I.E. intercept the nuclear B-17 SuperFortress, CT-BOB 50kg bombs dropped from JU-88s could be cranked up in lethality and blast radius so that a building hit will have effect.)
* Could be fun to nuke a city or base offline by turning up blast radius 100 X.
For the same reasoning as above, it may also be wise to make Bomb Dispersion adjustable when it become available.
