How did SolasXX get the exteral PT boat views?

Just explain how this is done.

if its not in the main arena its just a setting you can use outside views off line and in most other arenas

the F3 key will get you the external view if external views are enabled (off in MA, CT, and SEA I IIRC). Then you can hit F8 to get the pan and pan around with the keypad.

F4 gives you an external chase that's farther back.

In the arena set-up offline select the "ViewModeFlags" varriable to max...just double click on the line and when the box appears just check all to get external views in all rides.
