It would be like Israel telling the US to help them against THEIR enemies.. and the US refusing to intervene. Kinda like what happened in all their wars with arab neighbors.

Are you good allies? See things through their eyes, not yours.

Allies. They can refuse to obey commands, because they are not puppets. Yet they live off the billions of dollars we send.

only israel it seems gets this treatment and if not just because. i shudder to think of the whys.



why do we spend billions upon billions each year on them ? why are israeli state bonds backed up by the us federal  funds? name one other country that gets that kind of treatment? you realize eventualy the arab states are gonna get decent tech and since they outnumber them 50 to one and live to destroy isreal, isreal is gonna fall. i for one want nothing to do with them. and this sentiment seems to be getting stronger these days. let them form their own destiny, they made their bed let them lay in it.

Thats the question our goverment seems to be asking themself, and thats why they are now trying to get hard on Israel. Its like a spoiled child country.

Those people will only listen if you do something that affects their pocketbook.  Threaten to cut some of their billions and billions of US aid that they use to buy all those nice military toys.  That will wake them up real quick.

Them and alot of other orgs/countries are tax dollars go without our knowledge & consent ...

I think the Israeli's are draggin their feet til they complete THEIR mission to THEIR satisfaction. Considering it was THEIR citizens being blown up on a daily basis, I think they have that right.

Then, maybe with big fanfare, Israel will heed to Bush's "demand" and withdraw maybe improving our image ever so slightly with the moderate arabs - if such an arab still exists...

Amazin how the Palestine bombings stopped cold when the "invasion" proceeded in full force..

5 days, Eagler- but there's also a curfew in place and the Palestinian border is virtually sealed. Once Israel is done converting more Arabs in general and Palestinians in perticular to the Terrorist cause through their use of excessive force then it'll be business as usual- more bombings, more death.
