Monitor Kings... what the heck?

Ok
  Viewsonic has two LCD's I'm looking at.  The 191 and the 900.  They both appear to have nearly identical specs as far as pixel pitch and resolution.  The 900 is thinner and a newer model and runs roughly $200 cheaper.  WHY... I hate to be skeptical based on price but what the heck is the big difference?
