Well i was thinking as i was siting down today. And a thought i would raise a question.

What would people think about modeling Kamakaze damage to ships and other objects. Contriversy is gonna brew but i thought it would boost the historicle meaning of later Pasific scenarios. Or maby i should just shut up. Is it a good idea or not?

It can be too easily abused even in a scenario situation..

Your job guys is to load heavy and kamikazee any CV you see

as death is not a concern the whole squad can auger into that CV knowing they will be back next week.

Hell why would the CO for a scenario use bombers, he could just use kamikazee jabo's and escort fighters

Psst... ya won't see it before the atomic bomb comes to AH...

This is already being done. Players just drop load on CV just before impact to get the boat. If it doesn't sink on first trip they just re up and do it again.

Given that the CV AI ack will NOT shoot at more than one target at a time, teams of players willing to sacrifice the lead plane can do the same thing with buffs as the following or farther away planes get a free ride in.

Geez Maverick,

I could have sworn that the ack always shoots at me when others are already there.....hmmmm maybe I have a big "shoot me down sign" on my plane....I thought that was squadron nose art though......
