Every runway could have individual pitstalls,just like in Nascar.You would land,taxi into your pit,have the approriate repairs made,and then take back off.

In reality (i kno i know...) you would land that banged up plane, and wouldn't get to continue your streak... You would be given another plane if you had to go back up that same day if they were available.

Ok guys we are NOT talking reality here.....the 262 never fought against an A6M Zero now did it? Also if we are looking at reality planes just werent available like getting in the tower to grab a new one.....MY point is not about reality but about having fun and getting to continue a streak of kills....thats it bottom line.....

Oh and going below decks on the elevator would be really really really cool.....too bad I never land there...LOL....

Hey guttboy, I get what you're asking for!

To that note, why don't we just add a streak stat. Let's say if you don't die, ditch or bail over enemy territory then your killing streak continues. We can still keep the kills per sorties tallied and all, it would just be cool.

Back in the old Warbirds days I racked up 36 kills before getting shot down over enemy territory and being captured. That was heart pounding nerve wracking fun flying when you're on a streak.

I'm for it, so many times ive gotten my plane in and engine or somethins damadged and I cant continue my "kill streak" or if a flap or somethings damadged I can still fight but only half as good, Maybe if it just fixed small damadges like flaps and maybe oil/fuel leaks?

Yeah a kill streak thing....right now the only kill streak you get is from rearming.....you took the words out of my mouth.

bah, lets do away with damage all together!! and give us unlimited ammo, and fuel!!

When an enemy hits your plane you go back to the tower and start again!! +)
