Junkers Ju-287 V1

Only two prototypes was made and while the second prototype (V2) was in construction, the RLM decides to stop the work of and development of Ju-287. But program was started again in March 1945 when series production of 100 planes was ordered.
Ju-287-V1 will be destroyed during the phase of occupation of the Soviet forces in April 1945. But in Dessau the Soviets continued the construction of V2 and V3, which flew during the summer 1945. German engineer Baade will continue the development of Ju-287 under Soviet supervision...

I dont see any reason to bring this bird to AH, arado 234 C would carry 2000 kg of bomb and fly 524 mph (873 kmh). Ju287 top speed was just 800 kmh and bomb load 4000 kg...

btw what source do u see when u look for the image properties ?
