Held up once, convience store, shotgun age 15
Shot my own damn self in the leg, age 25 (good lesson learned here, story later after work)
Shot at by a bunch of idiots that dont know what a back stop is used for.

Everything else was training with blanks and miles gear with special forces guys,  and thats as close as I want to get.

I was hunting once with a friend when we were 13 or 14, with a 12 gauge and a .22.  We were trespassing and we were also hunting various species out of season.  I heard some shooting that sounded funny.  I thought it was my friend but when I looked at him all I saw was him ducking into an arroyo and running like hell.  I ran after him and the shooting stopped.  I never saw what happened but he said the landowner was shooting at us with a shotgun.  We stayed off that guy's land after that.

hehe Funked you reminded me that I have been shot, several times in fact on the same day!  About 8 years ago I was dove hunting with some friends.  The dove were coming in high (50-100ft) which is too high to get a good shot w/ bird shot.  There was a damn on the property that was about 40ft high so I went up there while my friends stayed down in the valley.  Well then the birds started coming in a bit lower (like same height as me) only they were coming in between me and my friends.  Every time they shot at a bird I either got hit by a pellet or 2 or a near miss.   It only hurt when they hit bare skin and none of them penetrated.  At first I thought it was bugs, but then I saw one of them shoot and got pegged a couple of seconds later.


 I used to have some intense bb gun wars as a teen, until Albert took one in the ear and it stuck in!!!! oh man that looked painful, a bb stuck in his ear cartilage....

I guess now that I think of it, I shot myself a few times.
Firing straight up at a dove, then getting rained on when the pellets came back down.  :)

have definately been shot at while boarding vessels in the Coast Guard.  One shot with a 20mm makes em dump bails in the sea and stop firing tho :)

I just had a mental picture of udie standing on a dam waving his arms swatting at "bugs" as his friends are shooting at him. :D

In Canuckland we need to go through so much to own a gun that it's not even worth it.  I don't know if it's a good thing or not, but I have never even seen a real pistol (other than in a cops holster).


I was shot at also. and as a matter of fact my own squad mate and friend of 25 years Argyll was the shooter:)  

I was shooting gophers with a bow and Argyll brought out an old .22 cal rifle.  I'm just on the other side of a small hill when I hear the bZZZZZzzzzzzz.  I waited patienly (lying on the ground) until dipshit (Argyll) was finished.  The things may have been 10 feet over my head, but they sounded close and I was not too happy.

Been hit twice in the back with shotguns (once with bird shot and once with that damn rock salt)

And once in the thigh with a .22

Looking back I’d say I deserved the one with the .22 but the shotgun guys where over-reacting.
