Yep; T-26.
Finnish panzer-guild has drivable one (with Volvo engine) and Mobilist Magazine made a test-drive with it.

Nope, its T26 model 33... BT5 /7 got same turret but different looking hull.

There is a Polish tank that looks very simular..since brady hasnt waved the checkerd flag I wonder if it is that...
