Throttle and rudder going berzerk
« on: April 19, 2002, 02:44:04 AM »
Just got back from over-seas and with current update, I cannot fly due to uncontrolability.  Going to the joystick setup and calibration, the rudder and throttle are totally erratic.  Calibration did not help.  Went to Windows joystick setup and calibration and it was rock solid, everything worked as advertised.
I have a CH Force FX, Thrustmaster rudder and PC Fight Force throttle, all of which worked fine prior to last update.  I have been flying on Aces High since beta but now I can't even take off little lone fly.  Help, otherwise I will have to drop out of the game for good.
Joystick config works good in all other games as they always have, including Flt Sim 2002, and has always worked good in Aces High, except in current version of Aces High, what did you do?

Monger,

Try this. I have noticed that lately after an update I have to delete then install a fresh down load of AH to get it to work properly. In my case I get very frequent discos and CTD's if I don't do this. Try it and see if that helps.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
