yeah I heard this news saturday afternoon on the radio

That dude had the best metal voice well between him and the dude from Sound Garden. Heroine is what killed that band too

bad drug to be sure.

The sad part is that this "famous" guy was dead in his home for 2 weeks before anybody bothered to check on him to see if he was ok.

Heroin is a pretty popular drug again in the US. Its too bad, in most cases by the time you get done with 'experimental usage' you are already addicted, both physically and mentally. Wife(ER Nurse) says the phyical addiction can be licked quite easily in comparison to the "mental" addiction, but that applies in any drug from caffeine/nicotine to heroin.

I find it difficult to feel sympathy when the guy probably od'd himself from here to eternity. It was different with Chuck Schuldiner and Randy Castillo who both died of cancer not too long ago.

Well, any way you look at it, the heavier music scene has really lost some major figures in a very short time. None of the guys even had the chance to grow old.
