My wife has to go to a bridal shower today and I was just sitting here waiting to send her off when I thought... why not give HTC a call today just to see...

1 ring and HiTech answered.

Its the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.  Its noon.  He's in the office.

I've intervied Dale several times a couple years back.  It blew me away at what an easy going guy he was compared to a lot of game designers.

After two minutes talking to the gent, it strikes you that this is a man who can be incredibly serious, yet incredibly laid back regarding his work, and the work of his team.

I'd call at closing time typically, but he always took time to talk, and I don't think I was put on hold once.

HTC is a very impressive company, with a lot of history amongst the members of the team.  I'm surprised there hasn't been a "round table" interview with the entire HTC team published yet.

Hmmmm....


Most importantly:  Any hints on 1.10 Dejavu?!  LOL!

PS.  Are you still naked?

The most important part of any game is a dev team who cares about thier game.  Everytime an online game starts to go downhill, it's because the devs have stopped caring about it.
