Nifty was back there too. I didn't think a pony would get down and dirty in the hills so close to an enemy base. My eyes almost popped out when you dove down and bled e to get me. Figured you must be some dween on his frist pony ride trying to "Point and click" your way to fame. But then no matter what I was doing, there you were, and the guys behind you hadn't picked you off.. I knew something was up. When I died and it said "Shane shot your punk bellybutton down" I was about ready to eat my keyboard lol.

Why would I want to interdict when I can get in a perfectly good dogfight near my own base?

I'm not going to embarrass myself by trying to post my kills.  I'll just say I do fairly well to average in the La7 this tour and last.  Before that D9.

I like (no love) interdiction raids.  Especially the Mindano map.  Take off get low and head for an enemy base.  I had a good one last night between 52 and 45.  Got a total of about 7 planes in 20 mins,
( two sorties)a couple of Typhoons, P38's, N1k, and even 2 C47's.   At one time last night I had about 4 guys chasing me trying to get me.  I just zoomed along trimming the trees, zipping up and down the hills, barrel rolling, spoiling their shots till they got tired of chasing me, then did a loop and reversed doubling  back and HOing the P38 that didn't give up.
Note: if your chasing an La7 weeds low at 390mph its probably me and I'm not running, I'm setting you up for the kill.  Cause eventually I'll extend far enough away from you to loop or turn and it will be right about the time you give up on catching me.

I find it funny that I show up with one La7 and see a P38 take off, he sees me and drops his ordnance and 4 or 5 more show up and I drag them everywhere over the map.

Sometimes I fly the hi cap over fields looking for buffs (D9) or cap the cv (F6F or SeaFire).  I'll also loadup for ground attack and hunt vehicles or take out strat targets (Mossie or 110g2),  just depends on my mood and whats going on and who needs help.

But most of all I love zoomin and boomin airfields, take out an ack placement, vulch some N1k taking off, catching a plane flat footed or afk after taking off from his safe airfield.

Sure I die alot compared to most of you but I'm having fun (way too much fun to stop) and I almost always take a few of you with me along the way.

Shane my apologies, I am just tired of heaing people gripe about "low numbers" online. You are doing your part and that is all we can ask of you as a fellow rook. I am new but am getting much better and have tallied my first three kills (5 hours total in MA) and an assist. They will get higher, but we have to work together. I looked at my stats once, believe I have been shot down enough times. But I think about it this way, I sacrificed myself so my teammates (Rooks and squad) could nail the enemy concentrated on me.

How can you be tired of something you witnessed for only 2 weeks???

Andres is easy - I've rammed him loads of times.

Seeker, I expected more from you, specialy becouse you are a ex-squadie and I left AH. :(

I read this and I didnt remember u ramming me, so I went to the stats page of AH and checked it SINCE TOD 1.

I Killed you 7  (SEVEN) times and you killed me 1 (ONE) time.

Say you're better than others in public is very ugly, specialy when you are not and when you know that the other is no longer flying, so he will probably never read this.

Well, since I do love AH, I came to the site and searched for my name... and found this.

I wold like to think that you have some honor.
Im sure Im not the best pilot in AH but I dont like being called "EASY"....  I am waiting for your answer.

Best Regards and

Andre(S)
The one who is not flying AH annymore and wasnt rammed by you several times.

Andres,
I'm very sorry to have to have hurt your feelings with a lame attempt at ironic humour, but do you think you can remember the night Shane, Sikboy and I are referring to? I think you and I bumped into each other four or five times that night alone; and every time I died. You and I were laughing about it on Ch1, and Shane was winding me up relentlessly about my appallling score on Ch 2. The one time I saw a kill on you was when I blew off a wing and rammed the wreckage. So I died even then, which every one was quick to point out.

Thus:

"Andres is easy - I've rammed him loads of times. " was a self depreciating irony, as any one who was there on the night would know the inverse was true.

I was fully expecting to to post a screen shot or something at the time and carry the joke on, after all, have I ever managed a kill on you in a fair fight?

I had no idea you'd left, when you coming back?
