$9,000. I wonder who figured out the ROI on that investment? With a top speed of 12 MPH, what does it get you that a bike doesn't? Maybe the fact that out of shape officers are now more mobile (ie. can't pedal a bike but can ride one of these?).

9 grand is for the stripped down version. If you want a cup holder and a dashboard big enough to sit a box of one dozen Crispy Creme donuts on the price rises dramatically to upwards of 12 grand.
