Uhmmm,...the same post showed up over at AGW as well.

I cannot figure out why they advertise over here.  I mean, I could see interested people wanting to know, but I would think those that are interested already know.

And yet,...in the general forum with a self-proclamed OT, when there is an OT forum here.

I don't get it.  Call me clueless I guess.  On the other hand,..has someone from AH been over at thier boards promoting AH?  That might explain it.

It's just the old "We're not happy till YOU aren't happy" crowd.

In short.. it bothers these posters to see other people enjoying themselves in some place/some way that the poster himself does not enjoy.

despite the fact that we often disagree.

But... now you have become as lame as "their" posters that post on this BBS.

Let 'em have their fun where they find it. Perhaps they'll one day accord us the same courtesy.

I guess I'm of the "ignore them and they'll eventually go away" school.  ;)

Personally I attempt to advertise both games, IL-2 for single player and AH for MMP, what I don’t like is going something like this character from War Birds, (read this thread and a have a good laugh) http://www.simhq.com/simhq3/sims/boards/bbs/Forum12/HTML/002328.html

Just try to imagine HiTech going to boards and advertising like this. :)

sorry guys, you got me completely wrong.
it is not an advertisement for IL2!

it is only to show, what going on, or in development by other
players. il2 is not in competition with Ah, because it only
restricted multiplayer (what is good for WB and AH, because il2 is
far ahead of both)

i thought i would see some posts like: "hey, nice work..." or something like that.

I almost can't believe that an iEN rep would act like that

it's too bad. almost like a street vendor pawning goods.
