Hi Guys,

Wondering if anyone has any tips on ACM with the 110. I loved the old AW 110 and used to simply treat that like a slow turnfighter, but I find the 110 in AH to be a mystery to me. I've even managed to get it into a terminal flat spin, which is something I've never done with another AH plane. I love the guns on the G2 and don't have any problems going up against bombers, but with almost any fighter - I'm toast. In particular, if they have alt on me, I might as well just auger.

How do I take on fighters with this beast, is it possible?

I fly the 110g2 A LOT, it's my favorite plane in the game.

Stay fast

Stay away from vertical manuevers (except a displacement roll, You can can squirt a baddie on your six pretty easily with that as youll burn e very quick)

Look for the advantage at all times, I like to tag along in groups, it keeps the nme from focusing on me.  If youre alone you will have your hands full.  At least fly with a wingman.

Shoot people in the face.  No one wins a head on against a 110g2, tho I have had a few "draws"  

That's the basics, 1v1 you'll die unless you sneak a ho.  Work the fringes, get a wingman, or just tag along with some other fighter pukes and you will have an excellent opportunity to really tear it up.

Is that a rear gun ???  I thought it was a PEZ dispenser !!!

Seagoon,  since you are coming from AW... You will have to get used to the idea that a Head On is a viable tactic in AH... :confused:    Just as sure as the world is round... If you don't take a shot at the HO merge the other guy will...

yeah but he has arguably the most potent HO plane in AH and 90 erm 80 well i don't know the percentage but lots still HO the 110 don't ask me why.... oh and flying with buddies is a great idea.

I always find it amazing that pile-its willingly fly into the 110g's ONLY strength.

I killed 3 in quick succession while fully loaded with 2 500kg bombs.  I barely had to deviate from my course to kill them.
