Disclaimers don't count for crap unless they are required viewing with a confirmation of some sort to go along with it.  Something like having to obtain a password through some type of special forum registration or something like that... something that required the reading of the disclaimer prior to entry.

Even then... Everything is fine until someone sends money and doesn't get the product in return.

Then what happens?  Where does that get taken to?  My money says here and to HTC.  Yeppers... sounds real fun.

If  you get stiffed on Ebay you don't get all your money back. Their limit is $175 I think.

I think it would be sort of like the Bulletin Boards in a grocery store.

But I'm no lawyer.. Thank Cod.

Ebay is the purest and most successful internet business model on the net.

I know several folks that made in excess of $100,000.00 last year...they stay home with their families. Criticize it all you like....won't change the fact that it offers great opportunity:)

HTC would expose themselves to no more liability than they currently do now. Am I a lawyer? No....but I do employ three firms of these fine citizens and they assured me this would be a non issue.
