I don't know how to make nose art. I imagine in a paint program, and it's limited to a certain size.

The nose art on the B-26 is the Arabian Knights crest. The pic was taken in game.

Nose art must be created and then submitted to HT for approval. Then he will add it to the squad listing. (If you go under "squads" folder in the HTC directory you will see existing squad logos).
