People,

Nearly every whine, squeak and complaint levied about the community and its flying habbits revolve around a principle that is demonstrated in any "topic of the day" series of posts.

There are too many lemmings running around right now. Too many willing to do/say what is cool, what is in and whatever else. Too many people willing to fly what they see everyone else flying. Too many people willing to fly how they see everyone else flying. Too many people willing to complain about what they see everyone else complaining about. It reminds me of some kind of fricking Jerry Springer show.

Get over it! No matter where you go, people will be doing things you don't like. You can go elsewhere (not deal with it) or you can stay (deal with it). If you think too many people are flying F4u-1Cs, then its probably a pretty good idea to STOP FLYING THE FRICKING PLANE BEFORE COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW MANY ARE FLYING IT! If you think too many people are taking HO shots, then its probably a good idea to LEARN HOW TO FRICKING AVOID HO SHOTS! If you think the community is going downhill, then its probably a good idea to STOP CONTRIBUTING TO THE SLIDE!

Quit being lemmings.

I'm not sure how many subcribers HTC has, a guess would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 1500-2000.

A portion of those will come here and squeak and whine about one thing or another. I believe these folks to be a vocal minority, that is self supporting. I don't even bother to read those posts anymore as they have become so redundant.

I refuse to let myself get wrapped around an axle over someone else's whine. Now when I do something stupid in the MA, and get myself nailed, thats when I get wrapped, but at myself. I try to keep that introspective, not always successful, but at least not public.

Isn't it a bit silly of you guys to give those who disagree with you no credit for being able to consider and reach cunclusions on their own?

I'll tell you this, if I wanted to be "popular" (however that might apply on an internet game and forum) I would be taking to position that you just did, not advocating something be done about certain things. Those that do are ridiculed endlessly by others for their position.
