It does seem to be a german howitzer. Looks Like circa WW1

31cm Howitzer.  That is the best I can do though, the closest I've seen to this is a WWI Austrian 31cm Howitzer and this is not one of those.

Ah, the nice ( for the era) 30.5 CM Mozdir vz 16.

The Germans called it the 30.5 CM Morser (t) or (j)

Transported in two loads, the Germans used six of these morters in the '41-'44 Leningrad siege.

Launched a 289 kg shell at 448 m/sec.
