A certain bish Yak pilot (who will remain unnamed) did last night.

I was in a goon at A3, I had just dropped (a pretty poor one at that) and was trying to bug out as a spit, yak and Ju88 came up from the field to nail me. I dove under the three attackers (none of them scoring a hit) and turned E to escape. As I crested the mountain just to the NE of the base the bad guys were engaged by some friendlies but the yak turned towards me and started to close on my six. As he reached 1.5k out I started to hug the Eastern slope of the mountain in my goon. The yak closed to firing range so I pulled up into a steep climbing turn, following the slope of the hill.
The yak overshot so I pulled through to a NE heading and started to drop into the valley that runs N-S just to the E of A3. The yak came in again, so I broke into him hard, all the while calling for help over the radio. Unfortunately, my pleas went unanswered. It was at this point that I realised that I was out turning the yak down in the valley. I had the goon in a steep turn with full rudder and I was actually gaining angles on the yaks six. If only I had a nose gun!
For about 5 minutes we went around and around, both of us almost augering several times. Finally xaqut1 (a squaddie) came on the radio saying that he was nearing A3. When I called him to say I was still down in the canyon with the yak, alive and well, he was amazed, so was I! By this stage I had almost stalled in a few times and the yak had extended out to about 1.5k, only to once again turn back into me. I told xaqut1 what was happening and he dove down into the canyon. I was dragging the yak into yet another series of circling when xaqut1 poured a long burst into his plane, dropping the yak in one pass without even having to jettison his 2x1000lb bombs. I had not only survived but didn't even have a scratch on the goon! To make it even sweeter, I got the field capture!
I was so amazed I couldn't say anything for a while, then all I could talk about was out turning the yak in my goon Unfortunately I only filmed the last couple of minutes but I will post that here shortly.
It was a great flight.

Thanks again xaqut1 and CavemanJ for watching over my goon.
