Perks for Missions?

Just a thought...in the chaos we call the Main Arena, there are times when the call goes up for someone to build a mission.  Like many others, I have about 30 pre-planned ones all set to go if I suspect enough people are serious about perticipating in one.  All I've got to do is edit it (dang runway default setting is in the hangar!) and submit it.  Then, the real balance is to launch it fast, allowing enough people to land and get in, without those who joined quickly wait too long...how many of us have joined missions and sat around for 15 mins waiting to get into the air?

Anyways, if there was a method/way to reward a *successful* mission...say, if the mission goons manage to pull off a capture, then all those who participated were rewarded some perks (dunno how many, debate it?).  

Teamwork is sometimes elusive in the Main, and its really quite something to see so many folks jump in and hit a common target.  Seeing 2 wings worth of F4s, P38s and 109s was impressive...we stole a base within minutes.  

Anyways, there's my suggestion....thoughts?

I like the idea to promote teamplay.  How about a slightly larger perk multiplier if you join a mission?
