A Iranian engineer that I work with turned me onto  Green tea...a few years back, I gave up coffee for it.  Of course, when I go hunting in the fall with my buddies, I don't bring my green tea with me..I might be shot.

Definition of Panic: Sitting in traffic and realizing you had two cups of coffee and a bran muffin for breakfast.    ;)

Elf: If you ski come in the winter, Walker Peak, 14000 feet, is about 45 minutes away. If you like river rafting, hiking et el the Rio Grande is 30 minutes away. If you like bungee jumping the gorge bridge is 600 odd feet above the river. hehehe :D

senna: The egg shells (being pure calcium) absorbs a lot of the acid. The chicory smoothes out a lot of the bitterness.  Warm coffee grounds give a whole new dimension to "a chaw". :)

Cold brewed coffee was a Inca drink before the Spanish showed up and has always been available in South America.

Dad always said "If I wanted a cup of cream and sugar I wouldn't have ordered coffee"
