F6bomber   " Hi Everone "

Country channel "Hi F6bomber"

F6bomber " am i early "

Country channel " Amm no!!"

F6Bomber " Whad do you mean No, i am 20 minutes early "

Country channel " no your 45 Minutes late "

F6Bomber " WHAT!!!! "

Country channel " yea sorry mate you cant join "

F6Bomber " I woke up 5 oclock in the Morning for this "

Country channel " Sorry rules are rules "

F6Bomber " THATS BULL *&^*&^%*^*^&^*&^^%&%&^ "

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can somone please point me to a web site were I can get a time coverter, because i was looking forward to the TOD and i was 45 minutes late. For those that are intrested i woke up 5 oclock in the morning Australia, Darwin Time GMT +9:30. This is after i checked with seveal web page time converters to covert the EST 3PM into Australian time or what not.

I am now writing this at 6 oclock in the morning wondering were i may get my hands on a Time coverter seeing that I set my alarm clock for some godly Time and for Nothink. So could somone please pot a time coverter, because i guess the TOD guys are not going to convert over to GMT time LOL.

Well its just my view on things, anyway be there for next TOD and i hope next time i can get my timeing correct.

Also if some of the TOD guys are reading this, Sorry for the *&(& but at 5 oclock in the morning you tend to be pissed after you come in 45 minutes late and cant join, with a spining head and feeling sic.

Well thanks. F6bomber

I wish I could have helped you out bomber, but unfortunately the rules are in place for a reason. You weren't the only one I had say no to. :-(

Use the UBB for time conversion.

Under user cp set time to always read GMT.

I think some confusion is sometimes caused by the fact that the events website gives the start time as 3pm EST, but the US is currently using EDT - daylight savings time.  I know this difference has caused problems in previous TODs when players have converted the EST version... and it's us Setup CMs who take the flak....  :)

The time for all Aces High events should be given as Zulu.  There would be a lot less confusion. :)

Folks, we've been over this before. All event times are announced as "US Eastern Time", without the EST or EDT to confuse everyone. If one of the CM's slipped and put in an EST or an EDT, then they were in error and should be publicly flogged. :)

No matter what format we use, everyone still has to convert time, so get over it and get your favorite time converter bookmarked.
