Watch the video, then tell me how i lost my 262? I am clueless on this one? No cons around me within icon range, no enemy fleet near me, and i just hear "ping" and back to tower.

I usually don't whine about loosing 262's, but i am really at a loss at what happened here?

LOL. WOW

Check the film in the FILM VIEWER and in the game's built in film recorder.

When I first saw it in the AH film recorder playback, I saw an F6F warp above you and above the clouds a second before the ping of death.

When I saw it in the FILM VIEWER, I didnt see the F6F anywhere.. but i DID see this:

Seriously though, I've had similar things happen to me, is it caused by people with unbelivably bad lag? Are there random mechanical failures? Surface to Air missles?

I suppose it could be lucky first-shot-first-hit by CV flak?

Heinkel, i think it may have been you that had the bad lag. After looking at the film i see every other a/c alt changing from -200k to 40k and speeds in the 1000's to the - numbers again. Very odd indeed.

I watched the film 5x now and that spit is 5.5 below the whole time... but thrila is right about the alts going below -400 and stuff??? real wierd

Its a conspiracy. Really its kind of like the fact that I always die on my first flight of every tour, no matter what I do. Hell I could just up and hit .ef but someone would find a way to kill me first

Anyway, I have had the same thing happen to me but since I enver film I can't display the crap that happens in the MA. Personally I think HT has it in for me and wants me to leave.

The alt's are messed up becuase i cut out that part from the film. I have the original film, with all the correct alt's in it. If you want the original, e-mail me at none of your business

Acid, i was talking to squaddie's and they were talking to me before, during, and after this whole thing happened, so i doubt it is Connection problmes

The bird strike does sound plausable though...
